Organize and lead a
campus-wide
committee to plan
and host two Open
House events on the
Biscayne Bay Campus
during 2005/06.
This planning
committee should
include collegiate
representatives,
advisors, student
affairs staff,
enrollment services
and media relations.
Work with university
advancement to
develop media
campaign to
advertise events.

Promote a spirit of
campus pride,
self-sufficiency and
competitive strength
to attract prospects
to the campus and
communicate to the
campus community the
number of visitors
the campus hosts on
a regular and
routine basis.
This campus
communication is
critically important
in keeping the
campus informed and
engaged in the
growth of the
campus.

Train key campus
partners to create
special recruitment
centers and encode
prospects into the
university prospect
database.
Specifically,
college
representatives from
Arts and Sciences,
Journalism and Mass
Communications and
Hospitality and
Tourism Management
should be trained to
encode prospects,
communicate with
them and track
application/admit/enrollment
status within the
admissions tracking
system.

Ensure that all
professional and
clerical staff are
thoroughly trained
on all policies and
procedures so that
they may assume
additionally
processing duties
ordinarily assigned
to the Undergraduate
Admissions,
Financial Aid and
Registrar’s Office
located at
University Park.

To expedite
admissions and
financial aid
processing, all
paper documents are
to be scanned,
indexed and linked
to students’
electronic files
upon receipt in the
Enrollment Services
Center, effective
September 15th.

Prepare annual
report, for
submission in
October, describing
the program and
service activities
delivered
to students during
2004-2005.
