1. Disk Cleanup

    Go START - PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - DISK CLEANUP

2. Disk defragmenter

    Go START - PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - DISK DEFRAGMENTER

3. Schedule Tasks (Disk cleanup, Virus scan, Backup, etc)

    Go START - PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - ADD SCHEDULED TASK - (Choose task, for example - DISK CLEANUP, ONCE A DAY AT 06:00 AM)
