  3. There are 3 examinations.
  4. All 3 exams will count towards your final grade.
  5. If you are not present for one of the examinations you will receive an F.
  6. NO Make- Up Exams and no extra credit !
  7. If you don't take QUIZ you will not receive a Final grade in the class.
  8. Late work will not be accepted.
