![]() Library Donations and Bequests The library has received and continues to receive donations of rare books, periodicals, and ephemera from our period of interest. In 1996, for example, the library's architectural holdings were substantially augmented by the donation of the Beaux Arts reference library of the George B. Post architectural firm of New York. Other individuals have also donated or bequeathed substantial collections to the library. Persons interested in donating materials are encouraged to review our Web site for protocol in handling offers to the collection, and to submit formal written offers, as all gifts must be reviewed and approved by our Collections Acquisitions Committee. The Wolfsonian seeks donors interested in providing financial support to preserve the collection and accelerate its online access, sponsor fellowships, and for new acquisitions. There are also many other donor opportunities for those interested in supporting the mission of the museum. We encourage you to contact director@thewolf.fiu.edu to explore sponsorship opportunities. |
