1. If you have a previous version of VirusScan, remove it using Control Panels > Add/Remove Programs.
   
   
2. Download updated versions of DLA and RecordNow software:
   
   

   IBM Thinkpads Go to the IBM DLA download site, download the English version of the file and save it to your Desktop. Go to the IBM RecordNow download site, download the English version of the file and save it to your Desktop.

   Hewlett-Packard Go to the HP DLA software update site, click download>>, and save the file to your Desktop. Go to the HP RecordNow download site, click download>>, and save the file to your Desktop.

   
   
3. Run the installer for the DLA update, then reboot.
   
   If a message states that your DLA version is already up to date or the installation errors out, you can skip this step.
   
   
4. After the reboot, run the installer for the RecordNow update, then reboot again.
   
   If a message states that your RecordNow version is already up to date or the installation errors out, you can skip this step.
