During my senior year as an undergraduate, I wrote a computer program to demonstrate the effects of different divergence angles on primordia patterns on shoot apices.  I have created a page exhibiting two key patterns generated by that program.

Plant Allometry (scaling relationships)

More on scaling in biology (Dr. James Brown, University of New Mexico)
Biocomplexity, includes link to successful NSF proposal for allometry research (Dr. James Brown, University of New Mexico)
