Intermediate and Advanced Spanish Conversation, Business Spanish for Spanish Speakers,
and Beginning Portuguese. |

Spanish Language Institute takes special pride in an innovative and
flexible in-office language program, tailored to the demands of businesses
and large corporations in need of executive, secretarial or staff training
in any or all aspects of Spanish language use. This includes
specialized courses such as Business Spanish for Spanish Speakers,
of particular interest to local businesses with a large number of Hispanic
employees in need of perfecting their language skills, and taught by
professors trained in addressing the particular needs, abilities and goals

This 10-week course is designed exclusively for high-intermediate,
advanced and native- speaker students who need to develop their
Spanish-language skills in the highly specialized business environment of
today. In this course, we develop your oral skills for giving
presentations, develop the writing skills so important to conducting
business at a professional level, teach the specialized vocabulary of the
electronic marketplace, and provide cultural knowledge to give you an edge
when negotiating differences among Spanish-speaking countries. This course
was designed in conjunction with the English Language Institute to
provide the local business community with a real alternative for
developing a truly bilingual workforce able to thrive in the international
business environment of South Florida, taught by instructors trained in
preparing our clients for the linguistic and cultural challenges of
multinational commerce.
