" My name is Jessidee and as a math science major at FIU, I wasn't to sure what I wanted to pursue upon graduation. Considering that math gives you so many options for a career, I felt as if I couldn't decide. Until I found something that has inspired me, Geophysics. Also I found out that Geophysics programs like to accept math majors, because of their high capacity for Analytical and Logical Thinking. Now I feel as if I have a planned career path, where I plan to do my masters in Geophysics to then become an Acquisitional Geophysicist. With the hopes of working in the Petroleum Industry."
