Since one of the printers is not working well and many of us are using the other one, this note might help conserve paper.

    On the one that is misbehaving (the printer near Isabel's desk) manual feed (e.g. letterhead paper) is done with letterhead facing up and the paper fed top first (i.e., FIU seal goes in first).  On the other printer (near Yeni's office) the same manual feed would be done with letterhead facing up but with the bottom of the page being fed first (so the FIU seal goes in last).  I hope this prevents further waste of ink and paper.
