The Millennium Strategic Plan
Strategic Planning is the process of identifying the desired future for the University and determining what needs to be done to achieve that future. It is mission (purpose) oriented and emphasizes a vision for the future of the institution and the values (principles, standards, beliefs, and actions) that members of the institution consider important and feel the institution should represent.
