  the Course prefix/number (e.g. CGS2060)
  the Department Name (e.g. CHEMISTRY))
  the Title of the Course (e.g. INTRO TO STAT)

  Note: If no records are found, try a different search   criteria.
 
  5. Select the Output format: (ALL UPPERCASE)
